Adaptive IT are delighted to announce the completion of InVentry Visitor Management installations at multiple Schools in Coventry, all part of the same Multi Academy Company.

6 Primary Schools from the Romero Catholic Academy in Coventry expressed an interest in an alternative signing in system for their sites. The schools comprised of Good Shepherd, Sacred Heart, St Gregory’s, St John Fisher, St Patrick’s, SS Peter and Paul.

All schools were using traditional hard copy paper based signing-in books – often with separate books depending on who was signing in i.e., a late child, 3rd party contractor or member of staff.

The Multi Academy Company wanted to introduce a different system which would streamline existing processes and be in a digital format to capture information that could easily be accessed in the future.
