Adaptive IT offer bespoke IT support services based entirely around your School’s needs. We visit your site, discuss with the IT manager and users, examine the system and provide what we believe to be a quote best suited to your requirements.
We at Adaptive are your outsourced IT department, removing the requirement for any specially trained in-house IT specialists. We can however work alongside in-house IT professionals acting as cover, escalation or additional manpower for specific jobs.
There is no need to be a specialist in every area as our engineers cover various specialities – meaning you get five engineers’ knowledge for the price of less than one.
Our Support packages feature:
Unlimited remote support during School hours, for client or server issues, at a fixed monthly cost. Our engineers will strive to fix the majority of issues over the phone in a matter of minutes.
Monitoring of your Backups and server logs. We will ensure that everything runs smoothly, so you don't have to worry.
Monitoring of your Antivirus, notifying you of any changes, and resolving any problems that should arise.
Remote Support and Onsite visits at a fixed monthly price
In addition to our remote support, a set number of days or half days per calendar month can be assigned to have your own engineer onsite.
When things go wrong, we are there to respond to the needs of your business. As the name suggests, we can get an engineer working on the problem quickly with competitive rates for on-site callout and no monthly commitment.
