Fairfields School is a primary special school located close to the centre of Northampton, catering to pupils aged between 3 and 11 with severe or profound learning difficulties, communication and physical difficulties, and those on the autistic spectrum.
Described as “outstandingly effective” by Ofsted, Fairfields is also a Teaching School within Northamptonshire, leading an alliance of 85 primary, secondary and special schools.
The school required a height-adjustable AV solution that was flexible enough to suit any situation.
Adaptive IT's Solution
We supplied and installed 6x 70″ and 2x 65″ Clevertouch Interactive Touchscreens throughout the school, each mounted on a Sweezz Wall Mount.
The mounts allow for easy repositioning of the Touchscreens, meaning the teacher can tilt, pan and raise/lower the screen to any position, enabling all pupils to use it.
The school was able to benefit immediately from the Interactive Touchscreens, and the inclusion that the Sweezz wall mounts offer.
It is wonderful to be able to give something back to a local school that does such great work with SEND children of our community, and I am pleased to have provided an AV Solution that is flexible enough for all pupils to make use of.Ross Alexander
