The Brief

Chiltern Primary are a Northampton School who were formed in 2004 with provision for a capacity of up to 315 children.

The IT support that was given by the local Secondary School’s own Technicians was withdrawn meaning that there was a requirement for onsite & remote IT support to be supplied by a suitable local company.

Adaptive IT's Solution

The major role carried out on a day-to-day basis is user management via active directory, resetting passwords, creating new accounts, resolving profile errors etc. This ties into overall server management whether that be dealing with group policy on the domain or just simple maintenance like keeping the servers updates, secure and backed up.

The general everyday task is a wide range of troubleshooting. Common tasks and issues include:

Printer installation (network & local)
Microsoft Office installation & troubleshooting
Interactive Touchscreen troubleshooting
